How To Do Your Due Diligence.
Clients can do a search using a copy of the TITLE DEED provided by the company.
Take the copy of the lands commission eg; For the Gilgil plots, land commission is in Naivasha. Thereafter giving the plot details, verification about the land will be provided indicating if the land has complications, loans etc
Title deed duration (max 60 working days) AS SOON AS THE CLIENT FINISHES THE PAYMENT, THE PROCESS STARTS
